Jess and Jeff’s wedding was supposedly on the first day of spring….. but we were greeted with some incredibly un-spring like weather! Luckily… the soggy start did absolutely nothing to dampen their spirits. Despite some huge gusts of winds buffeting up against the glass windows during the ceremony, Jess, Jeff and their intrepid bridal party were more than happy to brave the snow showers for their location photography. These guys were true legends… and I’m sure that the amount of laughing that they did together helped warm them up! It really was ABSOLUTELY freeeeeeezing!!!!!!
Jess and Jeff had their hearts set on a helicopter flight whilst they were here. It had originally been booked for the wedding day itself, but the weather had meant that unfortunately this was cancelled. The mountain scenery was one of the main reasons that they had chosen to marry in Queenstown, and so with that in mind, a couple of days after the wedding they came over to Wanaka for a ‘Rock the Frock’ shoot… and that much anticipated helicopter flight!
Huge congratulations Jess and Jeff….. your relaxed and fun loving personalities really paid off! I love these shots… snow showers and all xxx
